Insurance billing vs. patient pricing

TNC's standard insurance charge is 2.5 × the applicable 2026 Medicare Part B Fee Schedule. Contracted payer reimbursement follows the applicable payer agreement. The amounts below are patient-facing self-pay, program, or administrative fees unless otherwise noted.
