GLP-1 Weight Management Center

One staff-facing home for TNC's Tirzepatide weight-management workflow: patient onboarding, required monitoring, current cash-program pricing, provider follow-up, medication education, injection support, dispensing, documentation, and forms.

Program standard: GLP-1 treatment is provider-directed. Staff may support scheduling, intake, monitoring, patient education, payment, documentation, and medication dispensing only within the provider-approved treatment plan and TNC workflow.

Patient Journey

What happens from enrollment through maintenance

Use this sequence so staff know exactly what must happen before medication is continued or dispensed.

1

Initial Evaluation

Provider reviews medical history, weight-loss goals, baseline measurements, medication eligibility, risks, education, and individualized treatment plan.

2

Enrollment & Consent

Complete the patient treatment agreement and financial agreement. Confirm self-pay expectations and the prescribed medication plan.

3

Every 30 Days

Complete required weight/vital checks, side-effect and tolerance review, adherence check, patient questions, and medication dispensing when requirements are met.

4

Every 3 Months

Required provider follow-up for progress, effectiveness, adverse effects, treatment planning, dose decision, labs when indicated, and continued eligibility.

Missed monitoring: Medication may be delayed when required monthly monitoring is not completed. Repeated missed appointments may affect continued participation in the program.
