Always search RXNT thoroughly before creating a new patient record.

  • Search by full name.
  • Search by date of birth.
  • Confirm duplicate charts do not already exist.
  • If a duplicate is identified, stop and notify leadership before proceeding.

Create the Patient Record

  • Enter the patient's legal name exactly as it appears on insurance.
  • Verify date of birth.
  • Verify phone number.
