Having trouble signing in?

Before requesting support, complete these basic troubleshooting steps:

  • Confirm you are using your assigned work email or username.
  • Check Caps Lock and re-enter your password carefully.
  • Complete multifactor authentication when prompted.
  • Try a private or incognito browser window.
  • Close the browser and attempt the login again.
  • Use the system’s password-reset option when available.

Contacting support

When requesting assistance, provide enough information to help identify the issue without sharing your password.

  • Your name and clinic location.
  • The system you are trying to access.
  • The exact error message.
  • Whether the issue occurs on desktop, mobile, or both.
  • A screenshot that does not display protected patient information.
Security reminder: Never share passwords, verification codes, recovery codes, or multifactor-authentication prompts. Do not approve a login request you did not initiate. Report suspicious emails, unexpected login prompts, lost devices, or unauthorized access immediately.
